I have been searching for beeswax free vegan chapstick for the longest time, and cannot seem to find any around here! I was wondering if any of you guys had any favorites i could be on the lookout for. (I cant really buy things online, will be able to in a month or so though, when i get my bank account re-set up. But i horribly want to find some ASAP)
Thanks!!!
"None of your beeswax" lip balm by Lush is excellent! A little on the pricey side, though....

They also currently have a seasonal one called 'Let Them Eat Cake' that's vegan. Lush may get a bit happy with the sulfates and the scents from time to time, but I can't really argue with their ethics. :)

I just tried the "cake" lip balm at the store last week. I had really high hopes, but it was a bit too grainy for me and the scent was pretty overpowering. I'm picky about my lip balm though, so don't let it stop anyone else from sampling! Their coco lotion is amazing! :)
Any ideas on vegan chapsticks, or make your own, that DON'T have hemp or calendula in them? I am trying to check out some of the mentioned brands online, it is taking a while.
I tried a Merry Hempster and my lips tingle and swelled up, like Jolie lips. Not fun!
I actually buy all my lip balms from a seller on Etsy called Martinsville Emporium. They are handmade, vegan, and just wonderful! I LOVE their lip balms. They go on super smooth and have awesome flavors. The prices are great too! I have tried many flavors and they were all delicious! And no, I don't work for them I just believe in their products. :)

Straight-up cocoa butter or coconut oil are nice. I've used olive oil in a pinch, and it did the job.
i've also got Crazy Rumors "Perk" chapstick (all various coffee flavors). Though it has candelilla wax, it's further down on the list at least:
Jojoba oil, organic shea butter, olive oil, candelilla wax, soy wax, vitamin E, natural flavors & essential oils, carnauba wax, stevia.
Alot of those brands mentioned in this forum are American, if you're living in the UK or Ireland and don't want to make your own, there's a hemp-based lipbalm from Yaoh.

It comes in a few flavours, my favourites are the blueberry and strawberries and cream. :)

There's LUSH there too, right?
