Vegan Gluten & Soy Free HELP!!!

Sooo my crohns has gotten worse and I can't have any dairy, gluten, or soy. They all make me super sick. I don't know what to cook for dinner! HELP PLEASE!!!
Quinoa, buckwheat, rice*, oats*, wild rice, corn, amaranth are all gluten free. (the * are grains that due to growing/harvesting/packaging processes, may have traces of gluten in them, look for labels that specifically state gluten free, if that could be a problem for you.)
How are you with fiber? If fiber doesn't upset you, you have tons of options like beans, leafy greens, veggies, fruits, etc.... you could even make a cobbler, if you wanted. I'm on a low/no residue diet, so fiber doesn't get along so well with me.
Potatoes of all sorts are yummy. When I have a texture craving, I like tater tots.
Mushrooms are also very good.
There are several soy/gluten free vegans around here, I'm sure they'll be chiming in soon enough too.
Thank you!!! I didn't know about all those! Do you have some yummy recipes I could try? Beans are a no go, but I can handle fruit and greens! :)

It's amazing how different Crohn's triggers can be. What triggers mine the most is garlic and raw onions. Right now black beans are giving me issues. Not enough to make me stop eating them though. What kind of meds do they have you on? Or are you not taking any because of the baby?
I took myself off the meds a few years back. My problems come and go so I usually just eat super safe for a while until I start feeling better. What meds are you on, if any?

I'm supposed to be taking Colazal but like you I stopped taking my meds too when I moved to Texas 3 years ago.
