Vegan Friendly Dr. in the Chicagoland/Naperville Area?

Hi,
I pretty new to being vegetarian/vegan and I am looking for a Dr. that will support my choices. My current Dr. seems to but he is getting harder to get in to see. Is there a place on the web where I can search this?
