My doctor wants me to take glucosamine and chondrointin pills for a few months to rebuild my knee cartilage ...... is anyone aware of any vegan versions of chondrointin out there? I found many glucosamine supplements made of corn but no chondrointin. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Btw, if I cant get my knees back to normal surgery may be the only option....
