if you are having gas pains or heartburn? a simple way of seeing if you have low or high acid levels is to, after eating, take a spoonful of apple cider vinegar. if the pain seems to dissipate, you would have low acid, if it seems to make it worse, you would need an acid reducer or a tums type chewable.
