I am a vegetarian with celiac
I have been a vegetarian for 3 years that is trying to go vegan. I just found out today I have celiac disease. Does anyone else have the same problem? I was told by my doctor that I need to include all 10 amino acids in my diet each meal. Any feedback on how you manage being a vegetarian with celiac disease. Thanks so much!

If you don't have any allergies, I'd highly recommend it! besides that, I'd just rely on cooking in conjuction with different foods such as quinoa, brown rice alongside legumes and cooked veggies. (A cup of cooked broccoli is said to have about 5 grams!) hope that helps.
