I received a report from my insurance company yesterday. I was excited to read that soy helps older women reduce their risk of bone fractures, according to a medical study.  They also mention heart disease prevention, alleviation of menopausal symptoms,and cancer.  They state further that soy contain isoflavones,calcium, magnesium and boron which is important contributors to bone health.  Also in the report stated that soybeans are rich in protein, and include all essential amino acids.  The elements produce a natural, plant-based estrogen- like coumpounds and this is what helps with the prevention of the conditions mentioned above.

The new study was done at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
Some of you may know all of this, but it just reaffirmed my knowledge that veganism is the way to go!
