Hello,I have a question about fiber.What the are the best sources for a vegan?

Vegan sources of fiber are vast...many raw/cooked vegetables and some fruits (such as apples); beans and legumes; ground flax seeds, whole grains like millet, buckwheat groats, quinoa, wild rice, brown rice, oats, wheatberries, spelt just to name a few.
