DHA and pregnancy?

I am pregnant, as you all probably know, and I stopped taking my prescription prenatals because they have fish oil in them (for DHA).  I actually stopped taking my prenatals becuase the fish oil in them made me naucious.  I am a vegetarian, so I don't eat fish.  Should I be looking into taking a vegetarian source of DHA?  I read that DHA is produced by our bodies from AHA, and AHA is abundant in flax seeds.  Now I eat flaxseed because I love them.  I grind some up and put in my pancake batter, or in yogurt and I also like it in my oatmeal.  I went to GNC over the weekend looking for vegetarian DHA, they didn't have it.  The guy there got annoyed with me because like he said, I am  not getting it in my diet.  But on the internet it said that our bodies produce it.  Should I be concerned about it?  Seems that when I read about vegetarian pregnancies and stuff they never mention it.  Do I need to order some on the internet?  I am currently taking GNC pre-natals and a folic acid suppliment, but nothing to suppliment DHA.  I wanted to talk to my doctor about this, but I didnt' get to see him during my last appointment, and my next appointment isn't for another month.
