I would just like to say thank you for fixing this site!! I also firmly belive that all change IS good and vegweb is a great place, and has over the years made it so much easier for me to stay vegan in a non-vegan world
I think we all should just give this girl a group-hug, and count our blessings, here!

Thank you for the warm comments. They're definately appreciated.
We do have a few more things in the works to make this new format easier. It would be nice to take advantage of some aspects of the old format (which many seem to prefer) and the new format, which is much, much, easier to administrate.

BTW, I really liked the feature of looking up a person's recent posts. Will that be available again?
The number of posts that a person has made (which is listed in the headers of every post) is also a link now to recent posts.

Hugs to Yvette!!! You're commitment to improvement, which involves change, has always been evident over the years. You always listen to your members and even if it's negative show amazing grace under fire.

I also want to say that I am happy to see improvements in the
site. I have disagreed with several people who seem to be
complaining. The internet is not a static thing and new formats
are bound to come alone. I have to admit I don't use a recipe box
When I look up a recipe, I just print it out (so I have it in
the kitchen). Yvette, keep up your good efforts.

I wanted to again say thanks for all you do. I admit I have at sometimes complained, and I appologize if it was taken in anything but constructive comments. This site rocks! thanks sooooo much! When I first was vegan, about 8 yrs ago, I got so very tired of the few cookbooks I could afford to buy. Now, the sky is the limit! And I love the reviews and the comments :) Thank you SO much!!
I was just going to say that I approve of all the changes. I read a lot of people's harsh comments. Then I did a little site maneuvering of my own, and can see only improvements in the format.
Thanks so much for all you do. Where would we all be without you?

agreed, once you're used to the changes& have had a play about with them you can seee that the changes do make it better
