What I've noticed is all the RTT threads are slowing down the aimless chitchat thread. Before we'd post EVERYTHING there, and now there's all those RTT to post stuff in instead.

I find the "reasons to..." threads (and almost all of the other threads) are a great way for us to break the ice while learning more about each other, maybe finding common ground, and hopefully strengthening a sense of community. After all, isn't that why we all post in the first place?
