I was on another (non-veg) website looking up some salad dressing recipes.  I clicked onto the "Easter Recipes" section just to see if there was anything vegan in there.  Here I stumbled upon the single most ridiculous recipe I have ever seen.  It was Easter fruit salad ... a plain old fruit salad with pastel colored mini-marshmallows mixed in.

First of all GROOOSSSS!  Second, what says Easter more than gelatinous simple sugar with artificial coloring mixed in. 

The only possible reason for this recipe is, as I stated earlier, people are crazy!

I just had to share with others who would understand.
