Hey Davedrum, hope you're having a good time drumming and be sure to eat some of that world class Indian food for us all while you're in London!
p.s. Also, I keep hearing so much about Cheezly brand vegan cheese. Report back if you get to try it! Or Sheese, for that matter...

Creepyvegans??? To hear some say it, we are ALL creepy in our own *special* way!
Dave! Hope you are having a super time. Look forward to pics and stories. Find something lucious to eat and share about it with the group.
I am waiting for a nonvegan friend to tell me about a velvet heart shaped box full of chocolate. I don't eat chocolate, but I like to hear about what others believe it tastes like. To me, it is ALL just brown waxy stuff with no flavor at all. So Dave...I want to hear all about something wonderful you saw and something wonderful you ate.
This is an new low...I can feel it. It is a vegan version of voyeurism. I thought I was sick...

awww, we are like our own little inter-web family. seperated by states and countries, yet, connected by trancendental idealismS (definition of "transcendental" to be applied): "of or characteristic of a system of philosophy emphasizing the intuitive and spiritual above the empirical and material" if i were to imagine a utopian state of existance, it would be that people of an omnivorious nature could read these posts with open minds and hearts and take into consideration the beneficial impact of the active choice in veganism. rather it be for their own physical health or for the humanitarian/sociological impact of recognizing some things do not have to be accepted, and doing their part to state it with their life choice.
wow, rant....sorry, but, "HI" dave! have the tour finds you well! :)

Dave!! Hello!! How's the tour going? Wonderfully well I hope. I'm currently waist-deep in prep for a seminar presentation on Nomos Basileus (Sovereign Law) for a Biopolitics course. I swear it's more interesting than it sounds! I can tell what you're doing is a little more fun, however... so live it up!
Take care!! And come back in one piece. :D

Hi ya all (my NY-Southern accent kicking in)! Thanks for all the hello's back...WOW...that was so nice to see! Well just more rehearsing this afternoon and evening. Then first the show is on Sunday in Paris, we are heading over there Saturday, So I might actually have a day of being a tourist!!
I'm on a goal of buying something "Purple" in every city I visit for someone. My drum company made me new purple drums for this tour, so I thought it would be nice to have a "theme" for myself. This will be the "purple tour" for me! I don't know what I'll find, but it will give my kooky bald little head something to try to do during my off time.

Well Idioglossia, I'm sure it is very interesting....but after just trying to think about, or comprehend it...I am so so lucky I play the drums! I don't think I could have been good at anything else!
Well, I'll watch out for the "Creepy Vegans" here in London (thanks for the tip KedraKat), and once we get out and start playing for real, I'll get someone to take some pics i can post in my gallery. Kind of hard to take pics of myself, so I'll have to add a new job function to my drum tech/roadie....personal photographer! Hope he just doesn't ask for a raise! (ahh he deserves one...nobody else would put up with me and my cr*p)!

So Dave tell me, just what does a NY-southern accent sound like? I have never heard such a thing! Funny, my favorite color is also purple! I wish you luck with your "purple shopping trips"! Who are you shopping for? Is every little thing she does magic?
Personally, I think men who shave their heads are very sexy! And not everyone can pull it off... But I have to say that you surely can!
I hope that you are having a great trip, wherever you may be!

Seriously... If you see any creepy vegans there I would call the police... I hope you take this warning seriously. My friend Roxanne spent some time there and she had some problems...
