Terrified and EXCITED!

My name is Regina. I am 28 years old and a mother of 3 awesome kids. I have never been a "big" person.. but have always fluctuated about 15-20 pounds (I'm only 5'0) so this really shows on me. I have always felt very sluggish, been tired, been horribly constipated, had headaches and always felt "sickish". After 2 colonoscopies the doctors said I needed to take a laxative everyday.. ICK!  I tried going gluten free, but it didn't seem to help much. I watched the Forks Over Knives documentary and absolutly loved it. Everything about it made sense. I think if I am able to find some simple recipes to keep up with I can do this. My husband WILL NEVER do this... which is ok.. this is my choice, and I don't have any friends that will either. I know it's going to be really hard for me, but I am truthfully excited for the challenge. I LOVE junk food. I don't have a weakness for things like fast food, but sweets rule my life and I'm really tired of feeling out of control. I'm tired of being bloated, tired and feeling claustraphobic in my own skin . I literally think about my weight 80% of the day. WHAT A WASTE. :( We recently bought a boat and I would really like to feel good on it this summer. I don't really have a goal weight.. I just want to be fit, healthy, and feel good. My goal is to feel good in ALL of my clothes. I don't want to wear spanks anymore, I don't want to wear black and pants that hide my love handles. I want to be happy with the way I am and healthy. Only I can make this decision. I haven't started yet, but plan to go to the grocery store tomorrow morning and stock up the fridge. Any motivation or advice would be greatly appreciated. Excited to start this new chapter in my life. Thanks so much all! :)
