Hey all im gonna be vegan for about a week or 2 im not sure yet. My friend convinced me to atleast try it and if i love it ill keep it!!! But idk what to try i went out shopping today and im gonna cook the Guacamole and Refried Bean Quesadillas as my first meal and told my vegitarian friend to make me some vegan snacks soo if you all have any sugesstions on what i should eat next or any tips or anything message or email!!! I lift lots of weights and play football and lacrosse so i need lots of energy!!!!! Thanks :D

I suggest you check the recipes on this site and find vegan versions of your favorite meals. There is no need at all to feel deprived. Some of the vegan versions of recipes are better than the real deals. I stock up on tofu, nutritional yeast, soy sauce/tamari, soy milk, alt. deli slices, dark chocolate, organic frozen berries and veggies.
