Hi folks, I was recently diagnosed with prostate cancewr and I must change my eating habits. Hopefully I will find easy recipes here beside mac and cheese!!!! Looking forward to sharing.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis, I hope the new diet will help. There are *so* many wonderful recipes on here, I'm sure you'll find many things to your taste - and don't be afraid to experiment with new ingredients, who knows what a wonderful world of flavour you'll discover :)
