New Member, Not a New Vegan
I've been an off and on Vegan for a little over a year now(15 months), it mostly had to due with my line of work and me learning what I liked and what worked or me. Anyways for about a month and a half now I've been sticking to my vegan diet and have never felt so good. I'm still learning new bits and pieces here and there but I feel I have a good handle on things and am really enjoying the energy and the results. I'm a personal trainer, soccer coach, and a college student so figuring out a whole foods vegan diet that had enough calories, was easy, quick, and delicious took some time but as of now I'm pretty sure I've got it figured out. Pretty cool to run across this site and forum and look forward to finding some new and delicious recipes and meeting all of the people on this forum.
i'm new here to, but not to a vegan diet, although for the last 18 months i have struggled with it. anyways welcome and maybe we can help each other
