Well like every other person on here and hence the title, I am new to this site and the 'veg-scene' in general.
Quick about me I guess- I'm 20, a full-time student and work two part time jobs.  I am 1/2 Irish and 1/2 Black (oohhhh!)  I have been a lacto-veg for about 2 and a half months now and love it.  Slowly working towards that ever-so-high goal of being a vegan, but I am definitely happy where I am now.  I love life and this change that I have made has been a very positive step in the right direction. I also love to cook when I have time, so this website is going to help out tremendously!  I also like the fact that my 3 omni-roommates always want to try what I cook! Slowly, but surely going to open their eyes! ( through their own will with no force or influence of course) That's about it here, really glad I found this site randomly one day and you guys all seem great!  Feel free to drop a line, meeting new people is a hobby of mine...  ;D
