New tot he forum and new to the diet. Not 100% there also.
Not over weight but was told some of my health problems would go away if I cut out all dairy. Not everything wiped out but i have seen huge change for the better.
Here to lurk, find recipes, and get some clues of what to use instead of ( huge list )

Awesome-- welcome! I lost a couple of health problems by cutting dairy too... can't imagine going back: blech! Cutting dairy out of my diet helped with my helth too. I have found all kinds of dairy replacements. It's a wonderful thing you found out that dairy was affecting your body. Some poeple dn't know they have reactions to dairy and other food substances. It took me a long while before I relized dairy was not good for me to consume.
