Just thought I'd introduce myself, I'm an animal lover from Michigan and just went vegan after 15 years of vegetarian... it's not the easiest transition but this site is helping me find recipes to make it easier! So, thanks for all of your help and I look forward to meeting more of you soon!!!  ;)b

Welcome. I'm with ya! I just went vegan 2 weeks ago after 9 years of being a vegetarian.
