Hi there. Lisa from MN here checking in. Vegan for about 18 years; Veggie for 2? before that. I have a houseful of rescued dogs and a 22 yr old cockatiel. Glad to be here.

Hi Lisa, welcome! I'm in MN too! The Twin Cities are definitely not the worst place to be a vegan! Some of my favorite restaurants are Neopolitan, and French Meadow Bakery in MPLS, and Pizza Luce in Saint Paul. Theres also a vegan meet-up group in MPLS, that sounds like a lot of fun, although I've never actually made it to an event, (they are always scheduled when I have to work.)
