i have just recently made the decision to follow the vegan lifestyle,but i am having trouble remembering which ingredients are infact animal bi-products.
i am obviously aware that i cannot eat any dairy,meat,poultry,seafood,honey,etc...
my family is having trouble dealing with my decision,for they have all continued to eat animal products/bi-products.
anyway,i am inquiring about some staple foods that i can easily prepare and which foods 'secretly' contain animal bi-products.
