Hell vegweb!  I love the recipes I've been getting from this site, and the forum looks lovely so I thought I'd better introduce myself.

A bit about me: I live in right outside Washington DC, I started out as a vegetarian in June, then in late November I cut out dairy and eggs. NBD. So I'm a pretty new vegan :) I'm also gluten-free and try to cook everything as healthy as possible. I have a little blog http://www.optimistickitchen.com that I'm resolving to write more on this year, however with full time work and almost full time school, that might just be a pipe dream.
