I was trying out veg living for awhile last year but got alot of 'tude from my meat-eating husband.  He doesn't consider a meal a meal unless it contains meat.  So while I don't think we'll ever be fully vegetarian/vegan over here, I want to raise my family as healthy as possible.  Plus, I love seeing what you all cook :)>>> I guess I wanna say thanks for letting me lurk a bit.
