Hi,
just to say hello to everyone out there. I live in South africa and i was a lacto vegetarian for about 5 years, fell of the wagon but have been back on now for 6 months ;)b .I enjoy cooking and gardening and am a bit shy so please be gentle .

Welcome! Isnt it amazing that people half way around the world from one another can communicate so easily now? South Africa sounds so interesting. I'll bet it's really warm there. I live in the United States, in Minnesota, and its very cold here. I too am quite shy so I can appreciate that. I hope you find what you are looking for here. Peace to you too!

No i have never been to America , but would love visit there .Would love to see Universal studios , disneyland . NYC, grand canyon etc .Also would to meet a native american shaman , i could learn alot from him/her ;D

I haven't been to Universal Studios, Disneyland, or the grand canyon myself (my family and I have never had much money to travel). I went to Disneyworld when I was 3, but I don't remember it. I have been to NYC before and that was pretty cool.
