I'm Lou and I have just this minute signed up... errr, obviously :D

A little about myself; I've been vegan for around 10 years now, I was a vegetarian for 6 or so years before that. I recently realised that's around half my existence on this planet consuming a plant based diet... makes me feel old hehe.

I live in Wales, and only recently been connecting with my local Welsh veggie community, which I'm pleased to say, for a country whose main source of income is meat based farming ( :( ), we have a healthy veggie movement. Though, obviously I wish our veggie presence here were bigger.

Anyway, I've been reading some interesting posts, and I'm sure I'll get stuck in myself soon. :D
