Vegan friendly cities!

I'm very interested in moving somewhere a tad more populated with vegans once I graduate from college (which is in May)
I'd even love to get a job at a vegan/health place, while supplementing my 'future' art 'career'.
I've been looking around craigslist and places like that.. and it seems New York is a very good place for that (considering also that a friend of mine got a job at a place quickly)
But I also know Philadelphia has a some vegan places..
I'm only really familiar with Pennsylvania, but open to going anywhere (but prefer east coast at the moment)
Anyone have any opinions?
for sure! if you ever want to meet up for dinner after class let me know - i really wanna try that beef & cheddar. otherwise winter break brunch sounds great. (maybe ponycakes will be home from school too and could join us!). some of my friends and i do a semi-weekly vegan potluck too, usually midweek. you're totally welcome to come, it's always really fun!

Moncton is friendly to vegans, because anything can be found here, but there are no vegan restaurants. Oh! Correct that, there is a tea house that serve only vegan food, except for their yogurt salad. It's an asian cuisine type place. And the other vegetarian restaurant can veganize just about everything in their menu.
But California is where my mind is, not in Canada, where Winter and its freezing weather is. *hums California by Phantom Planet*

Crap! My dh has a band concert Monday night at 7:00 (he's a hs director). Would anyone prefer Tuesday or Wednesday? Unless we do it super early on Monday?

L2A, what time do you need to be home to get Lyle to bed, or can DH do that (non-mom here, not sure of the particulars of ready-ing a tot for bed)? I was thinking today that if Hoopy can't meet until after work, and you have to leave to get kids to bed by what? 6:15? how are we gonna do that?
And just to clarify, we are now talking about Tuesday December 16 at Rosetta's, correct?
