It's called Atomic #7 and I checked it out today. It is totally awesome. In addition to dairy cream, yogurt, and lactose-free 2%, you can also choose soy, rice, almond, or coconut milk as your base. There are a ton of flavors and add-ins (all clearly marked as vegan). They also have a gluten-free waffle cone. The ice cream is created on the spot and frozen with liquid nitrogen which was fun to watch.

There were also smoothies and things like that. In the winter they will have vegan hot puddings!
