So, I've seen some sexy pictures of fellow vegwebbers around the other threads.... (think coobies). I thought this could be a place where we post pictures that could be seen as SEXY....not X rated or pornographic, of course, but you know....maybe a tiny bit provocative. Maybe something something you'd see in a 1950's calendar.....can you imagine a VW sexy calendar!? LMAO!!! I call December!

I really like the P90X ab ripper program. That's what I do now, at least twice a week. Other than that, just do lots of different crunches for 5 minutes. I do that two or three times a week too. It's best to mix it up.
also, having about 1/2 a percent body fat can't hurt, right?
haha, I do p90x and I have definitely felt some muscle growth but I'd still need to shift some serious fat to have any kind of visible abs like that!!
I came back to say that not a single trainer at my gym is remotely as fit as you, shea. They're all in good shape, but not bow-chica-wow-wow shape.
