(female and male)

I think (pretty sure) my ex had a vib or something. We never used it together.
I am not sure how I would feel about that, not for or against.

Realdoll, real WOW.
I dont think I could ever do that, its a total turn over when the girl just lies there...

the dude-butt fleshlight is this one: http://www.fleshlight.com/fleshjack/

I don't think you could microwave 'em :/ I think they would warm up with, you know, friction  ;)b I haven't heard any complaints so far.

I don't have any either (to whomever said that). More efficient? Like how quick? I can usually get it done in less than 60  seconds. Is there a reason to be more efficient than that? Just wondering. I'm not opposed to them, just never thought about it or received one as a gift. hmmmm. got me thinking though!

Sometime in November the mister and I were at Walmart and I purchased one of those little crappy things that you use to massage your back or whatever, and I use it for the whatever part  ^-^  It makes stuff more fun, and he likes when I use it during sex because I guess I kind of tighten sometimes, but no orgasm yet.  I've been bookmarking some other items, but haven't gotten around to actually buying anything yet. All the stuff has really mixed reviews where some people are all "this was crap!" and others are like "wow i just had ten million orgasms!" so I'm nervous to buy something..sighs.

It's one of those things I think is hard (read: potentially expensive) to experiment with.
I mean, it's not like you can return a vibrator you don't like, or give one a test drive.

The kind employees at Spartacus gave me this tip: turn the vibrator on. Touch it to the tip of your nose. If it feels good, buy it. If it tickles, not strong enough. If it hurts or feels weird, it's too powerful.
The other caveat was: can you get off on your own, or do you prefer to have penetration while you're touching yourself? That helps narrow down if you want a g-spot stimulator or if an external vibe is more your style.

Bwahaha indeed Faun! I've actually seen these before but they were crazy expensive! Like well over $100! I don't know how comfortable I would feel using Heloo Kitty that way! *lol*

People don't need them, they just add another dimension to sex--they're convenient and provide different types of pleasure.  There are things a vibrator can do that hands can't.  They're just fun!  I mean, do we really need most of the fun things in life?  No, but we like them.

word.

plus, if a woman wants to masturbate using penetration, it can be awkward trying to use your own hands.

LoveHoney.co.uk, clearly. I have this:

http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=12357

They do lots of free gifts and stuff which is neat if you're on a budget, although annoyingly when I bought my one they weren't running that offer. Still good though.

My boyfriend and I bought a dildo for me a few years ago because I was kinda small and he was kinda big. I was having a lot of pain during penetrative sex and we figured the dildo (which was a bit smaller than him) would help out while we were having sex as well as while I was by myself. It worked!  :) Now we just use it for fun while we're foolin' around every once in a while.

I love the Lelo stuffs! I wish I had the money for this one:

http://www.comeasyouare.com/index.cfm?fa=Catalog.Product&ProductId=2264 OR

http://www.comeasyouare.com/index.cfm?fa=Catalog.Product&ProductId=2516 OR all three!! Ha,  ;)

AND, by the way, apparently May is Masturbation Month and so the sex shop in Toronto, Come As You Are is offering free shipping to all orders in Canada!! As well as random other deals. Check it out: www.comeasyouare.com. For those of you actually living in Toronto, I HIGHLY recommend checking out the shop itself. It's very nice and the store people are friendly and open. To top it off, my old high school friend Jes Sachse is having a gallery showing there...something about disability and sexuality/desire/queer-ness.
