Ive looked everywhere (scottsdale) , Wildoats, Trader joes... noone has it ! were can i get some?

I've never tried Ener-G egg replacer (or whatever it's called). I always use 1 heaping tablespoon of garbanzo bean flour mixed with 1 tablespoon of water. Works like a charm, and so simple.

If you have a store that carries Bob's Red Mill products, they also have an egg replacer.
