Anyone know where I can get seitan from in Australia? I'm in Byron Bay. I know I can make it but it's a bit of a hassel and was hoping to source somewhere to buy it from for the times I can't be bothered making it myself. Any online sites you know of that I can get it from? When I was living in Japan I was spoiled by the selection of dried seitan...any dried seitan products in OZ? I know I can get some from Tian Ran on the gold coast but it's $10 for 500g - is that expensive? It's certainly much cheaper in Japan! But Goldie is kind of far just to buy some seitan too...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
