What fruit did you eat today? a question to drool...

I know hesp is going to blow this up, but I need to be accountable for my fruit intake. I'm falling back into not eating much, and I want to change it.

Today: avocado (has to count!), banana, and planning on a tangelo

Posted this in "What Did You Eat Today" but the BFF and I went to the grocery store today and there was this giant banner that dared you to try a new fruit, so we "tried" everything.  >:D Organic oranges, yellow fleshed watermelon, kumquats, mangoes, pepino melon, horned melon, starfruit, pineapple, passionfruit, prickly pears, kiwi, black plums, cherimoya...fruit overload!

I've been doing soo much better eating lots of fruit, (and veggies._) I have been stopping by co-ops every 3 days and buying fresh produce as opposed to buying alot on a big trip then waiting a week to buy more.  I always thought doing this I would spend wayyy too much, but each stop I spend about $15.00 on produce, so it evens out to around my average grocery bill. AND I haven't been going through my long days out starving or eating tons of junk.  I pack lots of fruits and vegs in my little mini-cooler so they stay nice and fresh, then snack all day. Exciting! anyways, Sat: 2 servings strawberries, 2 oranges, 2 apples, 1 pear, 1/2 sliced mango. (veggies lots of asparagus, lots of brocolli, kale, cauliflower)

Sunday:
2 apples, strawberries, blueberries, 1 pear (asparagus, broc, kale, carrots)
Monday: 2 apples, strawberries, 1 orange (asaprugus, broc,)-need to go re-stock today, and keep the party going!

I just ate a pineapple and strawberries for breakfast. Best combination ever.

Monday: 2 apples, lots of strawberries, sesame asparagus/mushrooms/broccoli acked in lunch and for dinner!

Tuesday: a apple, 2 bananas, lots of strawberries, 2 oranges.....broccoli, asparagus, potato soup for lunch and dinner

today so far.........2 bananas, (in my cooler for later: 2 oranges, strawberries, and "nibblahs" (which are what I call it when I chop up ripening fruit into little pieces and freeze it, keeps it from going bad and then can either be added to a smoothie or eaten by its yummy self-my daughter eats more nibblahs than fresh fruit sometimes.) Todays nibblah bag is a mix of frozen blueberries, strawberries and mango! Its buried in my ice cooler in the car and stays nice and cold for usually at least 4 hours or so.

I've been slightly slacking..but still getting some in. Mainly pineapple, strawberries, banana and orange here and there, and avocados. Peppers and tomatoes are usually in there somewhere.

I have been so so poor at my fruit intake recently.  Firstly I have been poor and secondly because I haven''t got my hand blender here yet to make smoothies with.

Today: sultanas (in my porridge), one yucky brown squidgy banana, one nice firm banana, some avocado and a tomato.
