This morning I had oatmeal with ground buckwheat, flax, carob, and stevia. Also 1/2 pint of homemade grape jelly, which I ate with a spoon and nothing else.

That sounds super tasty! I had oatmeal with tahini and blackstrap molasses for dinner (don't ask).

Mmmm, yours sounds good too! I blame shea, but I've been kind of addicted to oatmeal lately-- you can do SO many different things with it! This morning I had it with chocolate hemp milk and tahini (great minds think alike :)).

Hey Sharway, where's the oatmeal?

I know, and probably none today as well! I am making a hot cereal mix today for weekday lunches-- ground flax, buckwheats, and quinoa, with oats, stevia, carob, and dried fruit. Just add boiling water and a dab of PB and voila, brekkie!

Anyway, today I got up at 8:45 to make "meat"balls. :) You know, a typical Sunday morning. I'm having a dinner party tonight, so I thought I'd get some of my prep out of the way.

Sharway, I just tried making the mock feta from this site and it came out not tasting ANYTHING like real feta.  It's ok as its own thing I GUESS, but I'm not impressed.  How did you make yours?
