What did you cook / Eat today? .....A question to drool

We can share in this place, our daily intake of what we cooked and ate. This can be Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
This can be a real fun thread if people post the photographs too.

Today I prepared Fawa beans-Potato spicy curry and Rotis (Indian breads are my wife's department)
Ate with leftover rice and Moong beans spicy curry and Naga chutney. :)>>>

i ate food today!!!
breakfast (more of brunch because i woke up late): half of a 5 oz thing of baby spinach with goddess dressing and some baby carrots on it. glass of odwalla vanilla almondo protein stuff (it has like oats and banana puree and soymilk and almonds in it. mmmm.) i also had some yerba mate with lime juice.

snack after class: more vanilla almondo! wheat thins and hummus, a few spoonfuls of carrot cake rice divine  :) leftover chipotle burrito bowl from the weekend.

dinner: i finished off the spinach salad, and im considering either making a boca chikn patty or having a bowl of pumpkin raisin crunch cereal so i can try out the new brand of soymilk i bought (8th continent lite..ive never had it before)

today was a nice day (:
and! i might go to some girl's house to make cupcakes for my public speaking class!!

I had never heard of that brand before THHF reviewed it today! So, all of the flavors have now been added to the dairy alternative review. You can be on a review roll!  ;)

The stuffed zucchini was just marvelous!  It looked so good coming out of the oven I burnt myself because I didn't wait long enough for it to cool.  I made way too much of the filling because there weren't very many zucchini's at the grocery store.  Tomorrow night I'm going to use them in a pasta primavera or something.  Anyways, very delicious and easy to make!

i love these kinds of threads (: hearing about what other people eat is fun.

breakfast: a cup of yerba mate and a clif bar on the way to public speaking

after class snack/lunch: wheat thins and hummus, diet vanilla pepsi which was actually yummy, some baby carrots.

then! i got all ambitious and made myself a little dinner box for bakery science club because they always order pizza and the one girl gets breadsticks for me and they always have a little parmesan on them but i feel bad being like IM NOT EATING THESE so i always eat one and feel horrible. i made a pb&j sandwich and cut up an apple and threw in some baby carrots and a chocolate soymilk juice box thing. i was soooo proud of myself. i ended up skipping bake club though because i was cold and i wanted a hot dinner. dinner box (can i still say lunchbox if it's dinner?) went into the fridge.

dinner: boca chikn patty cut up and dipped in goddess dressing, vanilla almondo (which is becoming my new obsession),  peas, the rest of the carrot cake rice cream yumm, a few dried cranberries, and another cup of yerba mate.

breakfast - diced apple and Asian pear with a handful of sprouted wheat berries and a few raisins in a bit of homemade sunflower seed milk ;)b

snackie/lunch/snackie - fresh green beans in light balsamic dressing; plump juicy firm black grapes ^-^

dinner - "Criss-cut fries like chicken nuggets"  from a vegweb recipe  (really good, even though I don't really do fried foods)  My bf ate most of these and kept thanking me again.  I've never seen someone so well fed so grateful for food -  that cliche about a man's stomach  being the way to his heart may be right!

This morning I had oatmeal with ground buckwheat, flax, carob, and stevia. Also 1/2 pint of homemade grape jelly, which I ate with a spoon and nothing else.

For lunch, I have the TASTIEST dish I invented last night. I'm so freaking psyched to eat it! It's wilted Asian greens, homemade tomato jam, and Tofutti cream cheese all stirred into smashed new potatoes. Yeeee! Also a banana and an apple and a bell pepper (don't ask).

What flavour Larabar?  I reecntly found them in my hfs.  They are really yummy aren't they?  But they are quite expensive (although that might be due to shipping to the UK and stuff)

Yesterday I had b'fast:smoothie with soymilk, pineapple, banana, paw paw and grapes. lunch: cream of broccoli soup a ryvita with homemade cashew butter and handful of grapes, dinner: homemade spag bol (unfortunately with white spaghetti as Niall insists on white rather than brown spag)

today b'fast: same smothie as yesterday, but with a fresh fig in as well, lunch = same as yesterday but no ryvita and dinner = not sure, but it will involve spinach as I have lots to use up.

What time should I be there?

Today I had oatmeal for breakfast and lunch.  For dinner, I grilled some portobella mushrooms and served over quinoa with steamed peas.
