What did you cook / Eat today? .....A question to drool

We can share in this place, our daily intake of what we cooked and ate.This can be Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
This can be a real fun thread if people post the photographs too.

Today I prepared Fawa beans-Potato spicy curry and Rotis (Indian breads are my wife's department)
Ate with leftover rice and Moong beans spicy curry and Naga chutney. :)>>>

B: Pumpkin scones
L: Falafel & brown rice bowl w/ tahini sauce, tomatoes, onions and fresh parsley.
S: more pumpkin scones
D: Meatloaf, mashed lima beans, and green beans.

B - leftover eggplant spicy peanut pea mix from last night
L - a quick noodle soup with more peas in it
D - as per the 4 year olds request, i made seitan, will probably do a chicken fried thing with it and mashed taters and i got some green beans from the farmers market i will find something to do with along with the rest. And of course some country gravy with almond milk for the dish.

breakfast: berry smoothie with wheatgrass shot and soy 

snack: dry cereal and medium latte w soy

lunch: a grilled cheeze sammich with homemade sun dried tomato pesto
apple
tofu soup

dinner: tjs veggie sushi 8 pieces!

I don't know why I buy plums,  I don't really like them that much and they always go soft before I eat them. So I cook them, and then they're OK.

Dinner: Lentil Chilli + Mexican Rice with peppermint tea

the coffee shop next to work just starting carrying vegan baked goods, which i found out  because my boss surprised me with an apple oatmeal muffin today!  it was SO good!  i have no idea how long they've had the vegan items, but i'm so glad they've decided to come into the now!

breakfast: banana half a cinnamon raison bagel with pumpkin butter
coffee with stevia

snack:medium decaf peppermint mocha latte i was having a major chocolate craving so i splurged

lunch: ezekial low sodium bread with half a serving of naynaaise the dijon kind, two morningstar grilled chickun patties and a bit (read:alot) of melted daiya

dinner: not sure yet. i think ill probably have a tofu scramble with some potatoes green beans and portabello mushrooms.

pumpkin pie all day at work, beans and guac with verde salsa, a yogurt, an odwalla juice, an orange juice banana smoothie, a coffee

Today I cooked around 6000 burritos, 10000 tacos, etc..

Breakfast: macaroni, cauliflower, butternut squash, kale and fake cheese casserole (suuuuuuuriously)
lunch: some other weird casserole I found in the freezer.  i don't know. it had cauliflower, and corn, and something bready.  Pretty good.  Don't remember making it.
SNACK TIME: tvp stew
dinner: Pabst

b: same as yesterday lol half a cinnamon raisin bagel with pumpkin butter and a banana
l: organic breakfast blend coffee with stevia soymilk and a little cocoa powder
tofurkey sandwich with low sodium ezekial and some dijon nayonaisse stuff that is actually pretty low in fat for a small serving.

d: dunno right now, perhaps some chnese. i need to stop eating it so much but for 10 dollars i can feed my husband and i two meals each on it and its so yummy they make their tofu soup with veggie broth and housemade tofu.

This is a fun thread!

I haven't had dinner yet, but I am on the computer at work (I am allowed to read or go online when bored, which is awesome) so I thought I would say what I have had so far today.

Breakfast: Nature's Path Peanut Buddy granola bar
Lunch: Veggie lettuce wraps and veggie dumplings from PF Chang's (so so yummy!) One of the best lunches I have had in awhile
Snack: Cranzy cranberry mix  (it's almonds, pecans, dried cherries, dried blueberries and dried cranberries)

Breakfast: AWESOME Chickpea scramble with mushrooms, onions, and zucchini and 1/2 a banana

Snack will be: other 1/2 of banana and some nut had spicy oven roasted pumpkin seeds

Lunch will be: Either pasta or rice with veggies had a quesadilla with pepperjack daiya and peppers

Dinner will be: oven roasted potatoes and balsamic glazed brussel sprouts with some sorta main dish or just more roasted veggies.

My food for yesterday:
B: Nature's Path Peanut Buddy granola bar
S: BBQ flavored potato chips
L: Amy's Tamale meal (first time having it, it was yummy! Even though I accidently overcooked it)
D: vegan mac n cheese (using daiya) and a salad
S: made some Halloween marbled cupcakes (recipe from VCTOTW) for my sister and her family coming this weekend and had to taste test a cupcake  :smile:

half a bar of intense dark chocolate with cacao nibs (endangered species)

d: after a day of way too much rich food i was craving something light. so i had no chicken noodle soup and half a piece of white pita.
