Vital Wheat Gluten

The boy is in love with chickpea cutlets made with wheat gluten and we have been gobbling up cans of seitan from the asian grocer. I have currently only been able to fnid little boxes of wheat gluten and it is kind of pricey. Is there a place to get it cheaply like in bulk? About how much does it cost?
Also if anyone has their favoriter recipes they have using wheat gluten they would be appreciated! Thanks!
We normally get a 22oz. bag of VWG for $7.00. It's Bob's Red Mill brand and we get it in the grocery part of Super Target. But you could probably look online to get it in bulk. Maybe bulkfoods.com or even the Bob's Red Mill website. I'm not sure if the shipping charges would be outrageous or what. Or a healthfood store might sell it in their bulk bins.
We love the chickpea cutlets too, which is what we use most of our VWG for. We've also tried Dragonfly's vegan ribs (on this site) and they were pretty good. And there's a blackbean burger recipe in Veganomicon that I'm planning on trying out very soon which calls for VWG. :)
I get it for $3/lbs (-26%) at my co-op.
If you go to EverydayDish.tv there are some video's about making seiten loafs and such. I'm going to make the seiten corned beef this weekend (or at least try). I like they show me step by step what to do. I over think sometimes..ya know?????

Hey, Jane, will you post back after you make it and tell me how it turned out? I've been really wanting to make something like that for a while but I had no clue how to go about it. But with this video I think I just might be able to pull it off. And thanks for mentioning that site, it looks really awesome! ;)b
