Hello,
This thanksgiving will be my family and I's first completely vegan thanksgiving, I think I'll be using a stuffed pumpkin as a main attraction. What about everyone else? What's your Thanksgiving menu look like?
Happy Cooking!

My roommate and I are about the only people sticking around on campus for Thanksgiving. And I'm cooking! Because she's not vegan.
So we're having:
Chickpea Cutlets from Veganomicon
cornbread
mashed potatoes with Jalapeno Corn Gravy (also from veganomicon)
green bean casserole
Acorn Squash with Pecan Cherry Stuffing from The Urban Vegan
Alicia Silverstone's cranberry sauce
pumpkin pie
and apple cider!
I am so excited! I love cooking for other people. Have a happy Vegan Thanksgiving!
Going to my in laws for Thanksgiving, as of now at least 20 people will be there and not a one is vegetarian much less vegan. Praline Sweet Potato Casserole and Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie are going for certain. Spicy Cranberry Salsa over creme chess sounds amazing ...
I need 'cheap' recipes, any suggestions ??
Will be making a spicy cornbread stuffing with jalapenos and soyrizo. Stuffing is where its at.
I'm making Dinner at my house. The menu is Tofurky with gravy, southern cornbread dressing from vegweb, roasted vegetables with rosemary, green bean casserole from vegweb, maybe some southern greens, pumpkin pie and maple pecan pie from Vpits, cranberry orange relish, and vanilla tofutti icecream. I decided to make my own vegan dinner this year so I can eat in my backyard under the stars. Now that the menus down I have to make the playlist and finish the settings in the yard. I'm only having 10-15 people tops.
oh and I forgot Red Seitan Tamales and Farmer's Market Tamales from Viva Vegan
Mmmm...
Green Bean Casserole
Mashed Potatoes
Mushroom Gravy
Stuffing
Brussel Sprout and Califlower Gratin
Tofu Puumpkin Pie and cashew cream
Can't wait to start cooking! WooHoo!
