I want to try my making my own any ideas or links?

the recipe on VW looks whack btw...

i got some bizarre craving for shrimp last night which i'm obviously not going to eat  :P

I've actually made that "shrimp" vw recipe with the carrots......... NOT GOOD.

ya i could just buy it... prob would be easier... it's just expensive :( i really cannot locate any recipes
