Vegan "crumbled sausage"

I'm not sure of the brand, but I bought a roll/stick of the vegan sausage that can be crumbled or formed into patties and I need to use it in the next week or two. Any ideas of what I should make with it? Not really looking to make patties or meatballs, was hoping for maybe a traditional kind of meal with crumbled sausage or beef that I could also get my non-veg boyfriend to eat. :)
Oh, and has anyone ever tried it? I've had the frozen Boca crumbles and they were good, but this looks kind of... weird.

You could do a bolognese-style spaghetti sauce. Probably fry the crumbles first, then add your veggies and canned tomatoes and stuff.

Some people use "hero" and "sub" interchangeably. Totally different thing than "gyro".
