Vegan Cinnastix?

I cook for a vegetarian co-op on Mondays and tomorrow we are doing pizza night. Does anyone know how I would go about making vegan cinnatix? I was thinking of just making bread sicks, dipping them in melted earth balance and rolling them in a cinnamon/sugar mixture... If anyone has an actual recipe, it would be much appreciated.

Of course you would use soy butter and vegan sugar, but it seems pretty simple and should be good!
