I'm still thinking about Kombucha-ing and I wondered how it's been going for you.
Has your tea flavor or brewing method changed due to weather/temp?
LOL, I think it's one of those things that I just need to stop thinking about and DO.
You couldn't be any chance post so pics of your crock/bowl method?? I've looked it up on the web and stuff but I'm just curious as how someone I "know"  ;) does it.
