Tempeh Sloppy Joes

VWaV now has me hooked on tempeh. I love the texture and flavor. I found this link to vegan recipes and really liked the sloppy joes:

Baypuppy, waht ingredients do you use to make savory Sloppy Joes? I use the recipe on this site called Sloppy Steves & I would describe it as tart, not sweet, although you definitely need to replace the ketchup with tomato sauce or canned tomatoes. Next time, I will try this with tempeh.
