Hello all!
I bought a bit of Japanese Tofu Salad at Wild Oats market today but the woman that helped me was not keen on giving the recipe  ;)

I was wondering if anyone here might know the recipe? She did say that the tofu was baked, the texture made me think that it was first frozen and then baked...
