Okay, now that it is getting summer, I am thinking of experimenting with some raw meals. I see some on this website that look interesting. I don't want to go "raw" but I just want to try making dinner raw a few nights a week or so.
Any advice? Anything that is good to know?
About sprouted beans, can you eat beans sprouted but not cooked? Some of my favorite beans to eat are pinto, black and chickpeas. Can these be eaten sprouted but not cooked?
