I have a jar of very volatile raw black sesame tahini, but I don't know what to do with it. Any recipe ideas?

I have never had black sesame Tahini but assume it is similar to regular???? you could add sweetener of choice for a sandwhich topping; make hummus with black beans if the color is an issue; mix with rolled oats, sweetener (dried dates), roll into balls and in sesame seeds to make little raw cookies.

If it's too strong for you Lena, add a bit of soy milk to tone it down in any of your favorite recipes. :)
