Low Sugar/Carb Desserts for work
Could anyone recommend some good low sugar/carb desserts? Fruit is ok but I'm used to more chocolate or pastry type stuff, or at the least something creamy. I *love* nuts. For a while I was making a peanut butter banana coconut milk smoothie every day but after a few months of those I can't even look at them anymore... Any help is appreciated, thanks!
What about something with filo dough and coconut cream and fresh fruit? Or a baklava made with agave? Or just subbing sugar with other things like agave, maple syrup, stevia, etc?
