Has anyone bought gluten flour in bulk? I'm thinking about buying some for making seitan but 50 pounds seems like so much (although it's much more economical than the little boxes of it at my local grocery). I'm wondering how long it would take to use that much? Anyone have any ideas?
I do buy mine in bulk, but not that quantity. I get mine from the bulk aisle at my WFS. We use it up pretty quickly, but perhaps you could refrigerate it to keep it fresher if you buy a large amount like that.
