Flour for baking - what to use?
Okay, so I bought "The Laurel's Kitchen bread book" - and I just love it :)>>> but I'm not sure what flour to use - so does anyone know a place on the web, where the different kinds of flours are described? I'm not American, so I am not sure what the difference is between the different whole wheat flours. ???
