I really liked the Morning star black bean burgers but they have milk and egg in them. I have tried to make my own but so far they have been on the dry side.
We love veggies on the grill. Marinate them in a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, & pepper for about an hour then grill them until they just start to get soft. The sweet bell peppers are our favorite right now. I leave them whole and they stay so juicy!
We've been vegitarian moving towards vegan for only 2 months now so I'd love some other ideas too.
Veggie hot dogs
Seitan gyros or Seitan souvlaki
Marinated portobello mushrooms substituting it as a burger.
